Farmers Market at Ix Art Park, Holiday Season, Dec.2, 2023

Hello Friends, The Market at Ix, Holiday Season, brings you seasonal farms produce, food and arts. Three farms have ended their season, but greens, root vegetables, mushrooms, and greenhouse-raised produce is still available along with prepared foods, processed jams, syrups and sauces, and ready to eat fare. As farms move out, artisan vendors move in with craft, gift and decorative items. Holiday greenery is available the next few weeks of December. The first Saturday of the month is the only time to get local flour from Deep Roots Milling, so look for it tomorrow. Other occasional vendors include Hammered Inn farm for hot sauces and Flora and Fauna is back with home built garden accessories. Jewelry, and pottery, soaps, herbal products, bead craft, weaving, sewing, crochet glassmaking, woodwork and other crafts are represented.

SNAP customers, please be aware the 2023 VA Fresh Match will expire on Dec. 23. Please use your coupons for fruits, vegetables or fresh herbs. A new version will be released in Jan. 2024.
