Geared to persons in charge of various food service operations. Examples- hotels, schools, daycares, and food establishments. After passing an exam, the student receives certification from the National Restaurant Assoc., which is good for 5 years. This 8-hour course has a $160 fee for materials and tests. This workshop is from 9 am - 6 pm at Trinity Episcopal Church, 1118 Preston Avenue, Charlottesville.
